Terms of Service

InterviewGenie AI provides AI-powered mock interview practice in English, Hindi, and Hinglish across 20+ job roles. Each session generates personalized questions and feedback using third-party AI models.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use our service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Starter — ₹49: Limited mock interview sessions.
• Pro — ₹199: More sessions with extended features.
• Premium — ₹499: Highest session quota and priority access.

Each plan includes a fixed number of interview sessions as displayed at checkout. Sessions are deducted per completed interview. Payments are processed in INR via PhonePe.

The number of interview sessions for each plan is shown clearly on the pricing page and at checkout. Sessions are non-transferable and are tied to the purchasing account. Unused sessions may expire based on the plan validity displayed at purchase.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its AI outputs.
• Share account access with others or exceed your plan's session quota through abuse.
• Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All software, branding, designs, prompts, and content on InterviewGenie AI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the answers you submit, but grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the service.

Interview questions and feedback are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Our service is intended for practice and self-improvement only — it is not a guarantee of job placement, interview success, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewGenie AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
